CONGRESS pictures

CONGRESS and LIAR have been some of the most important bands to come out of Europe. I have known UJ - Hans and Joost since these bands started out just rehearsing. Belgium have always been good to me! pictures were taken when CONGRESS toured with ALL OUT WAR and were shot in Leipzig where we stayed with Rudiger when he did lifeforce records, Damn! that goes back quite some years ha ha.
